What is the minimum amount I can add to my wallet?

What do I do if my data bundle was not delivered?
First, confirm that:
• The phone number you entered is correct and active
• The phone is switched on and has signal
• At least 5 minutes have passed
If the data still hasn't arrived, contact our WhatsApp support immediately with your order ID. We will investigate and either resend the bundle or issue a full wallet refund.
How do I confirm that my data was delivered?
You will receive an SMS notification from your network (MTN, Airtel, or Telecel) confirming the data bundle. You can also check your balance manually — see the USSD codes section below for each network.

Which networks does MyDataBundle support?
MyDataBundle currently supports all three major mobile networks in Ghana:
• MTN Ghana — Ghana's largest network
• Airtel Ghana (AirtelTigo) — merged with Tigo Ghana
• Telecel Ghana — formerly Vodafone Ghana
You can buy data for any of these networks from a single MyDataBundle account.
Is Telecel Ghana the same as Vodafone Ghana?
Yes. Telecel Ghana is the rebranded name for what was previously Vodafone Ghana. The network rebranded to Telecel in 2023. Your old Vodafone number works exactly the same on the Telecel network — just select "Telecel" when buying your bundle on MyDataBundle.
Is Airtel the same as AirtelTigo in Ghana?
Yes. AirtelTigo is the result of the merger between Airtel Ghana and Tigo Ghana. On MyDataBundle, select "Airtel" to buy data for any AirtelTigo number (whether the number originally started as Airtel or Tigo).

What is the refund policy on MyDataBundle?

Can I get a refund if I entered the wrong phone number?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee refunds for orders where data was successfully delivered to the number that was entered (even if it was the wrong number). Data bundles are consumed by the recipient network immediately. Always double-check the phone number before confirming your order.
