2. Our Services
MyDataBundle provides an online platform for purchasing data bundles for MTN, Airtel, and Telecel networks in Ghana. Our services include:
- Instant data bundle delivery to any Ghana mobile number
- Wallet funding via Mobile Money, bank card, or bank transfer
- Referral commission program
- 24/7 customer support via WhatsApp
3. User Accounts
You must register a free account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You must be at least 18 years old to register
- One account per person is allowed
- You must not share your account with others
- Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately
4. Payments & Wallet
All payments are processed securely. Wallet funds are non-transferable between accounts and can only be used for purchasing data bundles on our platform.
⚠️ Wallet funds do not expire but are non-refundable once added, except in cases of verified technical errors on our part.
- Minimum wallet top-up amount is GHS 1.00
- All transactions are in Ghana Cedis (GHS)
- Payment confirmation is required before wallet funding
5. Data Delivery
Data bundles are delivered automatically within seconds of a successful order. In rare cases of network delays, delivery may take up to 10 minutes.
- Ensure the phone number entered is correct before confirming an order
- Orders for wrong numbers cannot be reversed once processed
- Contact support immediately if data is not received within 15 minutes
6. Refund Policy
Due to the instant nature of data delivery, refunds are generally not available once an order is successfully processed. However, we will investigate and resolve issues in the following cases:
- Data was deducted from your wallet but not delivered
- Duplicate charges for a single order
- Technical errors on our platform
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction via our contact form or WhatsApp.
7. Referral Program
Our referral program allows you to earn commission when people you refer make purchases. Commission rates and terms may change at any time with prior notice.
- Referral commissions are credited to your wallet automatically
- Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals will result in account suspension
- Minimum withdrawal amount applies to referral earnings
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:
- Creating fake accounts for referral abuse
- Using the platform for fraudulent transactions
- Attempting to hack or exploit the platform
- Reselling data bundles obtained through our platform without authorization
- Providing false information during registration
9. Limitation of Liability
MyDataBundle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
We are not responsible for delays caused by network providers (MTN, Airtel, Telecel) or payment processors beyond our control.
