All payments are processed securely. Wallet funds are non-transferable between accounts and can only be used for purchasing data bundles on our platform.

⚠️ Wallet funds do not expire but are non-refundable once added, except in cases of verified technical errors on our part.

Data bundles are delivered automatically within seconds of a successful order. In rare cases of network delays, delivery may take up to 10 minutes.

Due to the instant nature of data delivery, refunds are generally not available once an order is successfully processed. However, we will investigate and resolve issues in the following cases:
